The Omnichannel Effect


An infographic designed for eBay and Blue Rubicon. eBay working with Deloitte, carried out an in-depth study exploring the value an omnichannel strategy delivers to retailers. The resultant report examined the impact this omnichannel shopping behaviour has on retailers and brands, and the opportunities it presents. This infographic was commissioned to bring to life the key findings of this study and was used alongside the report in online and print media.
